How can we create ‘tell us once’ style cross sector data sharing to make it easy for all customers who could benefit from a range of additional support to access it, and for companies to offer it?
Our ambition is to help customers get the support they need from all their service providers without them having to seek activity support at the time when they are most in need. The sprint has three key objectives:
Customer experience - understand the scope of services that could be shared and how we can proactively make it as easy as possible for customers to access them.
Technology - investigate existing sharing arrangements and how/if these could be built upon as well as exploring future technology options and the data standards necessary to share meaningful information and develop a prototype solution.
Roadmap – lay out a roadmap which includes piloting approaches regionally which could be extended to form a nationwide solution.
